During this year, at Renta Corporación we will invest 2.000 million euros in the purchase of industrial warehouses and logistics assets. We believe that it is an activity with a long way to go and growth potential.
We have already carried out several operations with logistics assets. For example, the development of a logistics platform of more than 10.000 square meters in Barcelona. This is added to another project in the same city, the construction of two logistics warehouseswhere a data center and three industrial warehouses will be located.
