Renta Corporación’s Chairman increases his holding in the Company

As of June 27th, 2006, the Spanish Securities and Investment Board (CNMV) has been informed that the Chairman of Renta Corporación has acquired 16,540 shares, valued at 411,000 euros. Including this purchase, Luis Hernández de Cabanyes has, over the last few weeks, purchased 3 million euros’ worth of shares in the market.

These purchases, together with those reported on June 20th, mean that Luis Hernández de Cabanyes, through Aurodoc 75, S.L., has increased his share in the company by 1.627%, and therefore now holds, directly and indirectly, 8,882,355 shares, representing 35.488% of Renta Corporación’s share capital.

It should be noted that the share of Renta Corporación’s Chairman after the IPO and the execution of the green shoe option was 8,475,133 shares, representing 33.861% of the company’s share capital.
