Renta Corporación strengthens its Board of Directors

In March 2005, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Renta Corporación proceeded to appoint Cesar A. Gibernau as an external and independent member.

This marks the latest in a series of appointments in 2004, in which the Board increased its headcount with the arrival of Anna M. Birulés as Vice President, Pedro Nueno as an external and independent member and Carlos Tusquets as an external member on behalf of 3i, after the latter acquired a stake in the company.
