Renta Corporación has carried out the comprehensive transformation of an office building into 7 new-build flats (2 duplex penthouses). Rehabilitation of a 602 sq m building + 159 sq m terrace, distributed on the ground floor + 4.
Exterior apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, very bright. The project has had the collaboration of the architect Sònia Fernández and the interior designer Marta Escayola.

Located in the heart of the Sarrià neighborhood, in the upper area of Barcelona, next to Major de Sarrià.
