Renta Corporación acquires two new buildings in Paris

Renta Corporación, one of the first Spanish companies in the property industry to begin operating in Paris as part of its strategic growth and expansion plan, has closed a deal to purchase another two properties in the heart of the French capital. The first is located in one of the city’s most sought after areas, the Avenue Victor Hugo itself, where Renta Corporación has managed to acquire a historic and emblematic building.

With total estimated outlay for these latest operations amounting to 65 million euros, the property group has now made 10 purchases in the French capital since it purchased its first property in 2002, for a total of over 115 million euros. This fact highlights Renta Corporación’s successful policy of international expansion.

Paris has now become the company’s third most important market in terms of income after Madrid and Barcelona.
