FY2003 results

Renta Corporación’s turnover for 2003 climbed to 219 million euros, with net profits of 14 million euros.

Over the course of the financial year, the company acquired a total of 38 properties, with investments exceeding the 188 million euro mark.

Of all the transactions the year has seen, we would highlight the acquisition of the BASF Group’s head offices in Barcelona, in Paseo de Gracia 99, as well as the purchase of six Telefónica buildings in Barcelona, Malaga and Seville.

The year also saw the company strengthen its management team, including the appointment of Josep-María Farré as managing director. Josep-María had previously held the post of general manager.
