Appointment of the members of the Control Committees

2005 saw the arrival of the three members who are to make up the Appointments and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.

The two committees are comprised of two external members, Carlos Tusquets (the external representative of 3i) and Cesar A. Gibernau (external and independent) and an internal director, Anna M. Birulés (executive). Following the recommendations on Good Corporate Governance, both committees are to be chaired by César A. Gibernau.
