Renta Corporación acquires 5 buildings in Seville and Malaga

The last few weeks have seen Renta Corporación acquire 5 new buildings in Andalusia, two in Seville and three in Malaga, an investment of over 5 million euros. Worthy of particular note is the purchase of one of Malaga's most emblematic buildings, located at Avenida de la Rosaleda 3 and considered to be one of the finests examples of Neomudéjar art.

Renta Corporación plans to carry out much needed refurbishing to the building in order to preserve and protect this important architectural landmark.
