Blas Herrero, new Director of Renta Corporación

The businessman from Asturias owns 3.5% of the Company’s shares.

The Board of Directors of Renta Corporación approved a proposal by the Appointments and Remuneration Committee today to appoint Blas Herrero as a Director representing substantial shareholders. Blas Herrero, who currently owns 3.5% of the Company’s shares, will be co-opted onto the Board to replace Enric Venancio, who has informed the Committee that he will resign his position as Director due to his new management duties at Mixta Africa and his appointment to that company’s Board of Directors.
