BOARD DIRECTOR BLAS HERRERO INCREASES HIS STAKE IN RENTA CORPORACIÓN

In compliance with a commitment which had already been announced, Blas Herrero, a member of Renta Corporación’s Board of Directors, has increased his shareholding in the Company with the acquisition of 250,000 new shares, which represent 1% of the Company's share capital. As a result of the purchase, Blas Herrero’s stake in Renta Corporación's shares now stands at 4.5%. The transaction was carried out externally to the market via the acquisition of the shares belonging to the former Vice-Chairwoman Anna María Birulés, as a result of her leaving Renta Corporación, and in consideration of the interests of the Company and Blas Herrero’s decision to increase his shareholding.
