Renta Corporación sets up Control Committees

In line with Renta Corporación's commitment to adopt the recommendations on Corporate Governance and to set up control mechanisms aimed at regulating the management and ethics of its corporate activity, December's Board meeting witnessed the creation of an Appointments and Remuneration Committee and an Audit Committee.

This is a further indication of the intention of the company, its shareholders, directors and employees to gradually adopt the principles and regulations governing Good Corporate Governance
