Renta Corporación is an innovative company with an original business model. Our ability to select strategic assets (office and residential buildings) and to develop a transformation process, defined and planned each property according to market demand is key to the company’s business.
The process of transformation is carried out by modifying the physical state of the building, rental management and the building's legal and technical status. The company undertakes whatever processes are needed to maximise the market value of the asset in the short, medium and long terms.
Our principal customers are developers looking for assets to develop their building projects, asset managers (investment funds, family offices, insurance companies, financial entities, large corporations, etc.) looking for high yield assets or assets for medium term investment and end users such as companies looking for head office buildings or offices, hotels, fitness centres, etc.

The main consolidated financial numbers for 2007 reflected revenues of around 545 million euros, generating a margin (EBITDA) and a net profit of 57.3 and 35.4 million euros, respectively. Total assets at year-end 2007 were 1,080 million euros.
